We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at help@daddieseyewear.com with your name and order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of an approved return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to be sure everything is gravy, and if it's not we'll try our best to fix it.
Final sale / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "final sale" items.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. If a partial return of an order qualifying for free shipping falls below the minimum price threshold of the offer, the offer is void, and our standard $8.00 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
